At Merakibysam, we aim to deliver your order safely and as smoothly as possible.
Shipping Area
We currently ship across India only.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
During launches, promotions, festive periods or unusually high order volumes, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders generally reach customers within 4–8 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other operational disruptions.
Shipping Charges
- Complimentary shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A standard shipping charge of ₹150 may apply to other eligible orders.
- Cash on Delivery orders are subject to a separate ₹200 COD charge where COD is available.
Any applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the available email, SMS or WhatsApp channel using the contact details provided with your order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery details.
Delivery Issues
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if you experience another delivery-related issue, please contact our customer-care team so we can assist you.
