We want you to receive your MerakiBySam pieces as quickly and safely as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping:

Shipping Within India

  • Standard Shipping: ₹150 flat rate
  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days
  • Once dispatched, delivery takes 4–8 working days depending on your location

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across India for a small fee of ₹200
  • Orders above ₹5,000 may require advance confirmation

Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier services like Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC and Bluedart to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp or email. You can also reach out to us directly for updates.

Note:

  • Shipping may be slightly delayed during festivals or sales
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen events

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – MerakiBySam

At MerakiBySam, we take pride in offering exclusive, handcrafted pieces made in limited batches. To maintain quality and authenticity, we follow a strict no-refund, no-exchange, and no-cancellation policy.

 All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

 Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that rare issues may occur. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof (without any cuts or pauses)
  • We may request additional photos or information for verification
  • If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion, refund will be done in terms of coupon code only (like credit note you get from malls) which you can use anytime in the future on our website or WhatsApp us to create an order for you.

 Important Notes

  • Orders once placed cannot be modified or cancelled
  • No returns/exchanges are allowed for reasons such as:
    • Change of mind
    • Wrong size ordered
    • Slight color or pattern variations (common in handcrafted items)
  • We reserve the right to reject any refund or replacement request that does not follow our policy or appears fraudulent
