Cancellation Policy

At Merakibysam, we understand that plans can change. You may request cancellation of your order subject to the conditions below.

Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched.

To request cancellation, please contact our customer-care team as soon as possible with your order number and the contact details used while placing the order.

Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any eligible return or exchange request after delivery will be handled according to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Prepaid Orders
For an approved cancellation made before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cash on Delivery Orders
For eligible Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before dispatch, no refund is required because payment has not yet been collected.

Merakibysam’s Right to Cancel
In rare circumstances, Merakibysam may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other operational circumstances.

If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
