We want you to receive your MerakiBySam pieces as quickly and safely as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping:
Shipping Within India
- Standard Shipping: ₹150 flat rate
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
Order Processing Time
- Your chosen ethnic kurta sets will be dispatched promptly within 2-4 days from the moment you place your order. We know how eager you are to receive your beautiful garments!
- Once dispatched, delivery takes 4–8 working days depending on your location.
Delivery Estimates: After dispatch, here's what you can anticipate:
- If you're in Hyderabad, your order is likely to reach you within a speedy 4-7 days.
- For our wonderful customers all across India, please expect delivery within a comfortable 7-12 days.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across India
- Orders above ₹5,000 may require advance confirmation
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we apply a nominal charge of Rs 200. Please keep in mind that this amount is non-refundable in the event of a product return.
Address Accuracy Matters:
To ensure a smooth and successful delivery experience, we kindly request that you provide accurate shipping information. In the rare event of an incorrect address being provided by the customer or if multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts occur, our friendly team will be in touch to seek clarification.

We ship through trusted courier services like Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC and Bluedart to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp or email. You can also reach out to us directly for updates.
- Re-Delivery Consideration: Please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if re-delivery is necessary. We aim to make this process as seamless as possible for you.
- Track Your Shipment: Once your order is dispatched, keep an eye on your inbox for a shipping confirmation email. This email will provide you with a tracking link, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment and estimate the exciting delivery date.
