2. Are your products handcrafted?

Yes! Every product at MerakiBySam is carefully handcrafted with love, using quality fabrics and detailed craftsmanship, making each piece unique and soulful.

3. How can I place an order?

You can easily place your order through our website. Just select your favorite piece, choose the size, and proceed to checkout.

4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer COD across India for your convenience.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 7–10 working days, depending on your location.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

We offer exchanges on eligible products in case of size issues or damage. Returns are  accepted only for genuine cases. Please check our Returns Policy for more details.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your WhatsApp/email. You can also reach out to us directly for updates.

8. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon!
